Poor Customer Service

I received my order last week. Thank you.
I am however a upset at the expiry dates of the 10 boxes of chocolate pronutro I ordered.

I order in fairly large quantities because the shipping fee is quite expensive, but every single box of pronutro has a best before date of 07 July 2024. Giving me just over a month to eat all of it.

I sent this same message via email to your customer service, and it was ignored.

I am taking the time to do this for a third time, and hope it is not ignored. I will not be buying anything from you again, until I receive a reply.
Would you say this is fair/right?
