Would be good if expiry date for this product wasn't so soon. :(

1 kg of biltong spice is not something I think most people are going to use too quickly. Have to give this 3 stars because the expiry date for this product when I received it is in 2 months, and the packaged date is 2 years ago. :/

Recommend this Spice for your own Biltong making.

We used this spice for the first time and was really hopeful and curious about the taste and therefore also the success of this batch of biltong with the new spices. We are not disappointed!!! We will definitely buy this again because we are never without biltong except in the middle of summer. Highly recommended!

Love the taste

Very nice combination of spice for biltong. I did however use a little to much on first batch which made it a bit salty. I would have like to see some instructions on the packet. Found out on You tube approximately how much per kg. Great product
