After much soul searching, Karen identified what made her feel fulfilled. Bags of Bites was born in 2002 in our kitchen. It started out with nothing but great ideas, a huge amount of passion, an electric mixer, and our granny’s old bread slicer. Today Bags of Bites produces over 40 different kinds of handmade biscuits and supplies outlets countrywide
We now have a factory based in Paarden Eiland, Cape Town with a complement of 26 staff members.
