Braaied Lekker Pineapple Delight
Ingredients
- 6 heaping scoops of vanilla ice cream
- 1 pineapple
- Crushed Beacon Niki Bar Coconut Topping
- ILLOVO Golden Syrup
- ILLOVO Brown Sugar
- Vanilla Essence (Optional)
- Mint (Optional)
Directions
- Peel the pineapple, cut into six slices and sprinkle with sugar.
- Braai the sugared pineapple slices over medium coals, take the pineapple off the braai when the sugar has caramelized.
- Arrange the pineapple slices on a platter and place one scoop of ice cream on the center of each pineapple slice.
- Top with crushed Beacon Niki Coconut Bar
- Drizzle as much ILLOVO golden syrup as your heart desires!
