Netvleish Masala Lamb Sausage

A delicious grilling sausage boldly flavoured in the traditional South African way, with strong coriander notes rounded off by a hint of clove, nutmeg and black pepper. Best grilled over hot Hardwood coals or charcoal, but is equally delicious fried in a pan or skillet, or broiled in the oven or air fryer.
