Our Biltong
How it's Made;
1. WASHED: Our high-quality steaks are washed then seasoned with signature South African dry rubs.
2. DRY: Here's our not-so-secret-secret. We don't blast our beef with heat. The tender slabs of steak are hung in a humidity-controlled room, where they're air-dried to keep our beef snacks power-packed with nutrition.
3. SLICED (Optional): Finally, the biltong slabs are sliced against the grain into ultra-thin, ultra-delicious pieces. All that's left to do is enjoy.
Our Droewors
Droëwors is a South African dried jerky sausage based on the popular boerewors sausage. It's made from beef or mutton with sheep tail fat, coriander, vinegar, and various spices. It's sometimes enriched with garlic or chili peppers. It is fully cured, ready to eat, and uniquely s South African snack food.
